个人硕士毕业设计作品。 Poli·Des是一项面向英国政府设计团队的能力成熟度评估模型，聚焦全方位的政府设计实践。该框架用于识别组织政策设计体系建设的现状、改进方向与潜在机会点，推动组织能力的持续化和规模化改善。

英国政府环境、食品与农村事务部(以下简称Defra) 下属的政策设计实验室，是一支由公共政策、设计研究、用户研究等领域专家组成的多学科创新团队。

项目过程

基于政策设计文献研究、专家访谈、用户共创与民族志等方法，构建了"Poli·Des 评估框架1.0版本"。

后期与教育部的 "以用户为中心"的政策设计团队、内政部的CoLab团队合作，进行测试与迭代。

影响

项目成果

Poli·Des框架，由"公民参与、伙伴关系与网络构建、系统思维、战略前瞻、实验迭代和组织学习" 6个评定元素组成，将设计成熟度水平分为5个档次：意识阶段、理解阶段、应用阶段、深留阶段、进化阶段。通过团队对 "人员、方法、实践" 3个系统进行部署，使组织改进计划得以实现。

I think looking at the assessment framework with the sort of the ‘spider web’, things, such as public participation, partnership network and the explanations. I find them very easy to understand. And then being able to actually like look at it and think, oh, where are we on each of those?
